Personal Branding - How It Works
This is the second part of my 2 introductory videos on Personal Branding. In the first video, I explained what Personal Branding means and why it’s important. In this second video I talk about how Personal Branding works.
While there are different types of Personal Branding processes, this video summarises my approach to it, based on my studies and experience, and it’s divided in 3 phases: Define, Communicate, Develop.
It also takes into account the fact that each individual is different and so it’s their Personal Brand.
As explained in the first video, Personal Branding is not about creating a version of you that sells. It’s about how you communicate who you are and who you want to become in a way that is real, stands out, and delivers value to your audience as well.
When I decided to study this subject and offer Personal Branding as one of my services, I did it because identity has a big impact in our lives. Through my work on Personal Branding I strive to help my clients gain a deeper sense of identity, communicate who they are effectively, and become the best version of themselves while remaining their authentic selves.
A strong Personal Brand translates into more confidence, positive impact on others, and progress in your career and life.
